About Director

The founder director of ADITYA'S LAKSHYA, Mr. ADITYA KISHORE ADITYA has the distinction of qualifying various competitive examinations like GATE, SSC-CGL, SSC-CPO, BANKING, INSURANCE-AO etc many number of times and has a vast experience in providing career related guidance to graduates and under graduates who seek their career in government sector.
Mr. ADITYA is a BTECH graduate from ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATION ENGG, a renowned educationist and a great motivator. After completing BTECH in 2010, Mr. ADITYA had adopted a career in IT typhoon of INDIA i.e. TATA CONSULATNCY SERVICES. He resigned the prestigious job in order to spread his vast experience in learning and to transform the graduates and under graduates into efficient officers of future INDIA with a saying: LAKSHIANS TODAY OFFICERS TOMMOROW.
He has proved to be an undisputed leader in the field of education, continuing the journey as a crusade for the last 4 years. Rested on the strong pillars of commitment, excellence and innovation, he has led a strong foundation of ADITYA'S LAKSHYA.
A firm believer in "nothing but the best" Mr. ADITYA is accompanied by his brother Er. VIKRAM KISHORE VIKRAM who is a MTECH from NIT PATNA and a veteran in the field of MATHEMATICS.
Mr. ADITYA devotes optimum time in the class room teaching in order to quench his passion for teaching. He believes that teaching is not just a vocation for him, but a life time ambition to fulfill. He has a strong belief that everyone can achieve his or her goals, provided one gets right guidance, right direction to move forward for the success in the competitive world.
Among the student fraternity MR. ADITYA is well known for imparting smart and easy techniques for solving questions and he has changed the definition of teaching. His vast experience in interview guidance and career counseling has led many students to qualify in various competitive examinations.
